3 Metre Eye Chart Snellen

Due to customer feedback we have changed the design. The thick card was becoming damaged especially by clients carrying the chart around, we have now reduced the thickness of 300gsm to 200gsm and laminated the charts instead, now you can wipe the charts clean! 3M Snellen eye chart, mount it on the wall and have the patient stand back 3 metres and read. This chart features standard Snellen lettering, easy to mount using blu-tac or similar products. 3M refers to the viewing distance.
